एक ही पोजीशन में पढऩे की वजह से भी आपको नींद आ सकती है. अगर आप एक ही पोजीशन में लंबे समय तक बैठकर पढ़ते हैं या अकेले कमरे में पढ़ते हैं, तो आपका शरीर और दिमाग जल्दी थक सकता है, जिसके कारण नींद आने लगती है।
