महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा की अध्यक्षता में पांच सदस्यीय कमेटी गठित
एक माह में शासन को सौपेंगे खेल कैलेंडर का प्रारूप
देहरादून। सूबे के शिक्षण संस्थानों में खेल गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने एवं शैक्षिक कार्य दिवस में वृद्धि के लिये शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा तथा खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग संयुक्त रूप से वार्षिक खेल कैलेंडर तैयार करेंगे। इसके लिये महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा की अध्यक्षता में एक पांच सदस्यीय कमेटी का गठन किया गया है, जो एक माह के भीतर वार्षिक खेल कैलेंडर का प्रारूप तैयार शासन को उपलब्ध करायेगी। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में आज उनके शासकीय आवास पर शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा तथा खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग की संयुक्त बैठक हुई। जिसमें सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि तीनों विभाग मिलकर खेलों का वार्षिक कैलेंडर तैयार करेंगे। जिसमे इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा कि खेल गतिविधियों में प्रतिभाग करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं की पढ़ाई में कोई व्यवधान न आये तथा इच्छुक छात्र-छात्राएं खेल गतिविधियों में भी प्रतिभाग कर सकें।
डॉ रावत ने बताया कि वार्षिक संयुक्त खेल कैलेंडर तैयार करने के लिए महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा बंशीधर तिवारी की अध्यक्षता में तीनों विभागों की एक संयुक्त समिति का गठन किया गया है जिसमें निदेशक उच्च शिक्षा, निदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा, निदेशक खेल एवं युवा कल्याण को बतौर सदस्य नामित किया गया है। संयुक्त समिति एक माह के भीतर वार्षिक खेल कैलेंडर का प्रारूप तैयार कर शासन को उपलब्ध कराएगी। जिसके परीक्षण के उपरांत राज्य में लागू कर दिया जाएगा। शिक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि वर्तमान में तीनों विभागों का अलग-अलग खेल कैलेंडर लागू होने के कारण छात्र छात्राओं की पढ़ाई में व्यवधान उत्पन्न होता है जबकि एनईपी-2020 के प्रावधानों के तहत प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्राओं की उपस्थिति 220 दिन होनी आवश्यक है। जिसको लागू करने के लिए तीनो विभागों का संयुक्त खेल कैलेंडर तैयार करना अनिवार्य हो गया है।
बैठक में सूबे के सभी 95 विकासखंडों में खेल मैदान व मिनी स्टेडियम बनाये जाने का भी निर्णय लिया गया जिसके लिए धनराशि राज्य का खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग उपलब्ध कराएगा तथा भविष्य में स्टेडियम के रख रखाव एवं विभिन्न खेलों के कोच की व्यवस्था भी खेल विभाग के द्वारा ही की जायेगी। खेल विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि अभी तक राज्य में 27 मिनी स्टेडियम व खेल मैदान की स्वीकृति के साथ ही निर्माण कार्य अंतिम चरण में है। इसके अलावा बैठक में विभागीय मंत्री द्वारा खेल विभाग को शिक्षा विभाग के आवासीय विद्यालय में भी कोच उपलब्ध करने के लिए कहा गया।
बैठक में विशेष सचिव खेल एवं युवा कल्याण अमित सिन्हा, सचिव उच्च शिक्षा शैलेश बगोली, अपर सचिव आशीष श्रीवास्तव, महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा बंशीधर तिवारी, निदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा महावीर सिंह बिष्ट, उप सचिव उच्च शिक्षा व्योमकेश दुबे, संयुक्त निदेशक युवा कल्याण अजय अग्रवाल सहित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
