मनमोहन सिंह ने दुनिया में भारत का मान बढ़ाया- कांग्रेस
देहरादून। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के निधन पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस मुख्यालय में शोक सभा का आयोजन किया गया। प्रधानमंत्री को श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित करते हुए प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष करण माहरा ने कहा कि डाक्टर मनमोहन सिंह ने न केवल भारत का मान पूरी दुनिया में बढ़ाया बल्कि भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था को बुलंदियों तक पहुंचाने का काम किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि भारत कि अर्थव्यवस्था की खिड़कियां दुनिया के लिए खोलने का काम आर्थिक उदारीकरण का दौर देश के वित्त मंत्री के रूप में किया। आगे कहा कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में मनरेगा जैसी क्रांतिकारी स्कीम देश में लागू कर ग्रामीण भारत के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार का रास्ता बनाया।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष यशपाल आर्य ने दिवंगत डाक्टर मनमोहन सिंह को श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित करते हुए कहा कि देश और दुनिया ने एक महान अर्थशास्त्री राजनेता को खो दिया है उन्होंने कहा कि डॉक्टर मनमोहन सिंह के प्रधानमंत्रित्व काल में सूचना का अधिकार, भोजन का अधिकार, शिक्षा का अधिकार जैसे क्रांतिकारी कानून बनाय गए
शोक सभा का संचालन करते हुए प्रदेश कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकान्त धस्माना ने कहा कि डॉक्टर मन मोहन सिंह का भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए अतुलनीय योगदान तो है ही लेकिन उनके पहले कार्यकाल में जो भारत अमरिका परमाणु संधि हुई वो भारत अमेरिका सबंधों को प्रगाढ़ बनाने में एक मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ। शोक सभा के अंत में दो मिनट का मौन रखा गया।
शोक सभा में प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के उपाध्यक्ष संगठन मथुरा दत्त जोशी, महामन्त्री महेंद्र नेगी, महामंत्री नवीन जोशी, डाक्टर जसवंत सिंह गोगी , आनंद सिंह , सुनील जैसवाल, राजकुमार जैसवाल आदि कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।
